Will there be a yacht clubhouse on the water front?

Yes, all active social members will have access to the clubhouse common areas.

Will all owners have a boat slip?

There will be approximately 75 boat slips and 175 or more boat storage spaces with a valet service. Use will be available to active yacht club members.

What is the valet service at the yacht club?

This service moves your boat from and to the water. If your boat is in the boat storage then you will be able to phone the club to have your boat placed in the water within 30 minutes of your call. When you are finished with your boat for the day the valet service will place your boat in storage.

Will there be fuel service available at the marina?

No, the yacht club is not licensed for fuel. Fuel is available directly across the lake from LakeStone.

Will the yacht club have boats available for those who do not own boats?

Yes; we plan to have up to 50 boats (25 in water and 25 in storage) available for the exclusive use of Social Club Members. These boats will all be in new condition with none more than 4 years old; they will include a full range of boats from power to sail; from inboard ski boats to cruise and pontoon boats of various sizes.

Will there be a charge for the use of the yacht club boats?

Yes, members will pay for use.

Will these boats be labelled as rental boats?

No; these will be high-end boats maintained to the highest standard of private ownership that will give you a high quality experience without the cost of ownership.

When will the yacht club boats first be available?

The first of these boats will be available the summer during which the first residences are occupied which we anticipate will be 2009.

Will I be guaranteed in water moorage?

In water moorage will not be guaranteed. The yacht club will manage the slips in accordance with the size and number of boats that have to be accommodated.
