How will the golf course be operated?

Private memberships with appropriate privileges will be available. Public play will be encouraged initially to ensure the viability of the golf operation. Members will be allowed to bring guests and LakeStone hotel guests will also have golf privileges.

Do you have to own property in LakeStone in order to be a member of the golf course society?

Yes; initially memberships will be allocated only to lot purchasers. At a later date memberships could be offered to others subject to availability for a fee.

If I am a member and sell my property can I remain as a member?

Each community at LakeStone is unique. Please refer to the disclosure documentation for specific details of each offering.

Will there be an additional equity membership fee to join the golf course?

Yes there is an initiation fee to join the golf course.

Will there be annual fees for members playing the golf course?

Yes; these fees will be set by the Golf Course Society to pay for the operation and maintenance of the facilities in keeping with comparable private golf clubs of this calibre.

Will I be able to use my own golf cart on the golf course?

Yes; use will be subject to the rules imposed for all golf cart use but you may use your own cart subject to minimum standard requirements, annual inspection and trail fee. Members of the club will be able to participate in personal cart usage, which will allow members to use club owned carts as their own to travel throughout the development and keep at their residence.

Will there be an additional fee for using my own cart?

Members may have to pay a user fee in connection with using their own carts but that will be decided by the Golf Course Society.
